BOOKING CONDITIONS
Casa “Laura do Prado Vello” is rented as “entire house” (FULL RENTAL), at the prices reported in our web (see prices and offers), unless other possible agreements with the customer.
At the time of booking is requested a deposit of 40% of the total of the stay, by bank transfer; the booking will be confirmed upon receipt of proof of the same.
Casa Laura Do prado Vello will confirm the availability of the home, by e-mail or phone, to all interested customers who requested it, and will facilitate the necessary informations in order to make the blockade of the booking during the request period.
Casa Laura do Prado Vello will sent by e-mail, the total cost of the accomodation, date of entry and exit, as well as any información required by the customer.
Casa Laura Do Prado Vello undertakes to delivery the house in perfect conditions, and respond, where possible, to any problems that may arise.
TERMS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, the amount may be considered as deposit to stay later, taking agreements with Casa Laura do Prado Vello.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
Please be sure to inform us of the approximate time of your arrival and any delay or change in the approximate time of arrival, in order to plan your check-in.
Your contact person at CASA LAURA DO PRADO VELLO will give you the key and give you all the information you need.
The rural house will be available for check-in starting at 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
